The Mutual Ministry Committee is made up of six members and the Pastor.  The Mutual Ministry Committee's role is to address the concerns of the pastor and the pastor's family and the congregation.  Should conflicts arise, the committee is responsible for intercession with the pastor and congregation.  They also bring concerns of the pastor before council and recommend a course of action needed toward conflict resolution.
